Makin up a bed is a bit complicated job for common people

For villa/hotel standard they have many layers of sheets and duvet

But for common residence, we can just have a simple sheet and some decorative stuf above it

DECORATIVE STUFFS

At a villa or even a private residence, sometime we will need some stuff for 'bluffing' - designer called as an eye catcher. We can use many item, functional stuff or even just decorative.

Color and texture are the most people look for this stuff.

We develop a modular system, in small space but provide storage for 4-5 people

Using light wood finishing, it makes room bigger and clean

FABRICS

Fabrics or upholstery, it just small part of interior. However, it gives big influence to whole concept. Furniture (wooden or even stone) it's just massive and masculine, that's why we will need fabrics to smoothing them, as a feminine aspect of a design. This combination will produce a complete feel of the house itself.

Many color, motif, texture, thickness or even materials it come from that we can use for many purpose. Every fabrics has their own character and using. Not every type can be use for many kind of stuff. We have to know each character to get the right function in order to get longer life cycle

Flower is feminine

can be used as bed cushion, runner, chair cushion

the plain silk, can be used as curtain or even decorative cushion

it's just another color option for bold person

or deep brown versus orange

option color for black out or curtain with plain fabrics

jacquard motif- this classical motif will shock the modern theme

can be used as detail at runner, scatter cushions or even lamp shade

another colorful are using bright orange, green and dark brown

This is kind of touch up work, specially at kitchen area, replacing the old cabinet with all new design and concept, give the client more practical using

front kitchen, provide a counter for less normal breakfast or lunch

for a few people

that has itself function for each stuff

doors or artwork? not really sure, but can be both

of them. really good idea for small room

that need some artwork in the same time can make

room look and feel bigger with use mirror..

Setelah saya cek, ternyata pertama kali saya sign up blog ini di mei 2007.
Posting pertama saya tanggal 3 juni 2009, 2 tahun lebih setelah saya sign up. Mengapa perlu waktu lama sekali hanya untuk memulai posting ?
Setelah dipikir-pikir....mungkin ini salah satu alasannya. Kami berdua, sama-sama orang lapangan. So tidak terlalu banyak waktu untuk duduk di depan komputer. Apalagi untuk online, kalaupun buka, hanya mengerjakan kerjaan2 offline...

Tetapi, dari beberapa waktu ini, agak jarang ke lapangan, dan ditambah demam Fesbuk...... Tapi lama2 bosen juga dan mikir2, kenapa waktu luang tidak dipakai untuk sesuatu yang lebih berguna.
Dengan pemikiran itu, saya sedikit bersusah payah, ngumpulin perbendaharaan kata2, design2, foto2 hasil pekerjaan maupun gambar2 yang saya dapet dari internet. Yang paling susah adalah...menulis...mengungkapkan apa yang ada di pikiran kita dalam bentuk kata2. Dulu, waktu masih kuliah, kalo ada mata kuliah teooooorrriiii...(tok!!)...kita bisa mengungkapkan-menjelaskan sebuah konsep atau kasus sampai berbuih2.... tetapi setelah sekian tahun tidak pernah menulis....uuugghrrhhhh.... SUSSSHHAAAHHH !!!

Maka, dalam kesempatan ini, saya angkat topi untuk temen2 yang udah bisa menulis...bahkan jadi penulis dan diterbitkan pula oleh publisher... HEBAT !!

Akhir kata, semoga tulisan2 saya berikutnya dapat memberi sedikit inspirasi... Tidak lepas juga, semoga dimaklumi kalo ada yang kurang2 pas... mohon kritik dan masukannya...

Interior as a (Basic) needs

INTERIOR now has been a priority needs after civil/building ready/finish, both for most of public area - hospitality (hotel-villa-spa) or private residence. Has supported with new materials explore, both for furniture or soft furnishing/upholstery, we have been trying to combine between client need or want from design till produce the stuffs as requested, with still considering aesthetics aspect and function for each stuff. In different side, easy in maintenance for commonly user also become one of the consideration, as every different way of maintenance will influence the life cycle of every product .
